Peace Walk - Wed 24th November

Join us for our first Peace Walk – from Plymouth Centre for Faiths and Cultural Diversity to Plymouth University Multi-Faith Chaplaincy On Wednesday 24 November at 2.00pm.

Depending on the weather and our fitness(!) we are proposing to walk through the city, becoming aware and mindful as we go, of some of the places where different faith communities are based.

The route from the Centre will pass by a number of churches, St Andrew’s Minister, Mosques, Synagogue and Buddhist Centre before reaching the Multifaith Chaplaincy.

We aim to reach the new Multi-Faith Chaplaincy, on the University campus (1 Kirkby Terrace) at around 4pm, when we shall be welcomed by Dr Anita Jellings – Dean of Students. Rev David Evans – Ecumenical Coordinating Chaplain, will kindly provide tea.
