Nonviolent Communication provides powerful tools for resolving differences at personal, professional and political levels.

This introduction to the basics of NVC shows how the process can be used to connect with others. It also provides an opportunity to consider it's usefulness to us as individuals and how that could impact our communities.

The workshop will take place from 11am -1pm followed by the chance for further discussion over lunch from 1-2pm. Free Workshop. Cost of lunch £5/head.
