· NEW! Motivated, Skilled but Under-employed?: The Employment Outcomes of Migrant Workers in the South West (Anglo-Polish Organisation of Tiverton & Equality South West, September 2010)
The research presented in this report examines the employment skills and aspirations of over 200 migrant workers in the South West of England and the extent to which their skills and work experience are being utilised by employers. It also explores options for addressing the under-employment of migrant workers in the South West.
